A wastewater disposal system serving only one <br /> existing parcel may be privately owned and operated until additional parcels are served; <br /> then it shall become a public wastewater disposal system. (Development Title Section <br /> 9-1105.7). <br /> + Public Wastewater is required for this project because this site would <br /> be the second parcel at this intersection. <br /> Water Supply <br /> In Freeway Service areas outside of communities shall have public water systems <br /> serving at least each side of the freeway. Individual wells may be permitted if only one <br /> parcel is involved, and if General Plan policies and Development Title Requirements are <br /> met. (General Plan, Volume I, pg IV-105) A water system serving only one existing <br /> parcel may be privately owned and operated until additional parcels are served; then it <br /> shall become a public water system.
