NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> BEFORE THE SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS <br /> NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT BEGINNING 9:00 A.M., ON SEPTEMBER 16, 2008, or as soon as <br /> the matter can be heard thereafter, THE SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY BOARD OF <br /> SUPERVISORS, IN THE CHAMBERS OF THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS, on the Seventh <br /> Floor of the Courthouse, 222 East Weber Avenue, Stockton, California, will hold a public <br /> hearing and receive oral and written statements regarding the following application and its <br /> environmental determination: <br /> PUBLIC HEARING REGARDING ZONE RECLASSIFICATION NO. PA-0800165 OF STEVEN & <br /> LILLIAN DIEDE to rezone a 2.8 acre parcel from AU-20 (Agricultural Urban Reserve- 20-acre <br /> minimum) to C-G (General Commercial). The existing General Plan designation is C1G <br /> (General Commercial). The project site is located on the west side of State Route 88, 1100 feet <br /> north of Brandt Road, south of Lockeford (Supervisorial District 4). Environmental <br /> Determination: An Initial Study indicates that this project will not have a significant effect on the <br /> environment, and a Negative Declaration has been posted. <br /> All persons interested in this matter are invited to be present and submit written and/or oral <br /> statements regarding the project or the environmental determination at this hearing. If you <br /> challenge the nature of the proposed action in court, you may be limited to raising only those <br /> issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written <br /> correspondence delivered to the Planning Division at, or prior to, the public hearing.
