Approve the Negative Declaration; <br /> 2. Approve Zone Reclassification No. PA-0800165, based on the ability to make the <br /> required "Bases for Zone Reclassification" (Attachment "A"); and <br /> 3. Adopt the attached ordinance for Zone Reclassification No. PA-0800165. <br /> BACKGROUND <br /> This project consists of a Zone Reclassification application to change the zoning of a 2.8 <br /> acre parcel from AU-20 (Agriculture-Urban Reserve, 20-acre minimum) to C-G (General <br /> Commercial). The project site is located within the urban community of Lockeford, and <br /> the General Plan designation is CIG (General Commercial). <br /> The proposed Zone Reclassification is consistent with the locational criteria and <br /> infrastructure requirements of the General Plan. Public water and sewer will be provided <br /> at the time of development by the Lockeford Community Service District. The applicant <br /> has stated that the underlying project is a spa and resort. <br />
