The folio ing issues and mitig on measures were addressed in the <br /> previous subdivision: <br /> • Noise:,an acoustical study was required,.but never completed <br /> Oak Trees: the site's native oak trees were to be protected by ordinance <br /> requirements. <br /> • Elderberry Beetle: a mitigation monitoring program was prepared. <br /> These issues remain and are relevant to the new subdivision. Since the previous <br /> subdivision was approved, background conditions may have changed (i.e. increased traffic <br /> on State Route 12188). The County also adopted a new Development Title (July, 1992) <br /> and the San Joaquin County Multi-Species Habitat Conservation Plan. When the full <br /> application is submitted, an Initial Study will be prepared that will address these issues. <br /> Mitigation measures will be identified, if available, based on present conditions and a <br /> 1 <br />
