The Department of Public Works has <br /> confirmed that water service is available through CSA 43: <br /> Storm Dr-a_inacie <br /> Development Title Section 9-1135.4(b) states that rural subdivisions with parcels more than <br /> two acres shall be served by public drainage facilities which discharge into a terminal drain. <br /> The Department of Public Works has confirmed that terminal drainage is available through <br /> CSA 43. <br /> Access <br /> Development Title Section 9-1150.15(d) states that a maximum of six(6) existing and/or <br /> potential lots may be served by a private right-of-way or the private right-of-way shall be <br /> improved to San Joaquin County Improvement Standards for public roads.
