Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. Prior to the issuance of any building permits, sewer facilities shall either be bonded for or be <br /> in place, as evidenced by a letter from the serving entity (San Joaquin County Development <br /> Title, Section 9-1100.3(d)). <br /> B. This project shall be provided with public water service at the time of Final Map/Parcel <br /> recordation. A letter shall be submitted from the purveyor stating that these services either <br /> are bonded for or-are in place, prior to final approval (San Joaquin County Development <br /> Title, Section 9-1120.2). <br /> NOTE: The designated remainder parcel will have to provide a passing percolation test prior to <br /> allowing a second dwelling unit.
