`I <br /> * r <br /> CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> SA-92-2 <br /> PAGE THREE <br /> 4. AIR POLLUTION CONTROL DISTRICT <br /> a. The District' s dust control measures shall be implemented <br /> during all on-site construction. <br /> b. The owner shall maintain adequate record keeping of mitigation <br /> measures, if applicable for the Air Pollution Control District <br /> in making scheduled or unscheduled inspections. <br /> C. The owner shall notify the District in writing with respect to <br /> the actual date of construction/grading one week prior to -said <br /> activities. The owner shall use file no. SA-92-2 in <br /> communication to the District and mark it to the attention of <br /> the planning section when grading is implemented. <br /> Note: A copy of the letter received from the District in <br /> response to the referral of this application is attached <br /> to this letter for your review. <br /> 5. DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DIVISION <br /> a. This approval shall be for a residence that is accessory to <br /> the permitted use on the subject parcel, for the purpose of <br /> providing living quarters for the owner and/or operator or <br /> employees of that permitted use. (Section 9-6201. 1 (a) of the <br /> Planning Title) <br /> b. Oneparking space, located outside of the required twenty foot <br /> front yard, shall be required for the residential use. The <br /> size of the parking space shall be consistent with Section 9- <br /> 3702 (a) of the Planning Title and its location shall be shown <br /> on the Improvement Plan. <br /> c. All parking spaces, driveways, and maneuvering areas required <br /> for the residential use shall be paved and permanently <br /> maintained with asphalt concrete or concrete. Bumper guards <br /> shall be provided where necessary to protect adjacent <br /> structures or properties. <br /> d. The shade structure proposed for the front of the existing <br /> building and shown on the Site Plan may not project into the <br /> required twenty foot front yard further than eight (8) feet. <br /> The location of the shade structure shall be shown on the <br /> Improvement Plan. (Section 9-6202 (a) of the Planning Title) <br /> e. One (1) copy of the Improvement Plan shall be submitted to the <br /> Planning Division for distribution to the involved County <br /> departments. A Plan Check fee will be required. <br />
