These requirements cannot he <br /> modified. <br /> A. Prior to the issuance of any building permits, sewer facilities shall either be bonded farar be <br /> in place, as evidenced by a letter from the serving,entity. (San Joaquin County Development <br /> Title, Section 9-1100.3(4)). <br /> B. This project shaft be provided with public water service. A letter shall be submitted from the <br /> purveyor stating that these services are either bonded for or are in place,prior to final <br /> approval map (San Joaquin County Development Titic, Section 9-1120.2). <br /> C. Destroy the abandoned well(s) under permit and inspection by the Environmental Ilealth <br /> Division is required prior to connecting to public water(San Joaquin County Development <br /> Title, Section 9-1115.5(e)). <br /> D. Open, pump, and backfill the septic tank, seepage pits, concrete pits in erccn houses, and/or <br /> excavation(s) under permit and inspection by the Environmecntal Health Division(San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4), <br /> E. Demolition of all dilapidated structure(s)and removal of all demolition material from <br /> premises to an approved landfill site are required in accordance with San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance Code, Section 5-2401. <br /> F.
