The project site is located on the west side of SR 88, approximately 1500' north of <br /> Brandt Road (APN: 051-310-31). <br /> Original Comment i <br /> • Right of Way (ROW) dedication to 15.24 meters (50 feet) and a pave out of 11.58 meters (38 <br /> feet) from centerline for(SR) 88 fronting the subject property will be required. <br /> Revised Comment <br /> • The 80' ROW shown on the most recent plans, dated 612001, is sufficient. Also, the pave <br /> out mentioned above will not be required.
