COMMENTS ON DEVELOPMENTS <br /> SA-94-24 <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. Improvements, restrictions, and permits shall be as required <br /> by Caltrans for State Highway 12 & 88 . <br /> (Development Title Section 9-860. 4) <br /> 2 . A Traffic Study is required to determine the impacts and <br /> Mitigations for the intersections and roadways in the vicinity <br /> and to determine the trip generation from this development. <br /> All mitigations required by the Traffic Study shall be made by <br /> the applicant. The developer shall deposit funds with the <br /> County for all costs, as estimated by the Public Works <br /> Department Public Facilities Division, prior to Public Works <br /> Department preparing or contracting for the required study. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1150. 4) <br /> 3 . The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this <br /> development. The fee is due and payable at the time of <br /> building permit application.
