State Route 88, Lockeford <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Requirements may also apply. These Requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> a. Prior to the issuance of any Building Permits sewer facilities shall either be bonded for <br /> or be in place, as evidenced by a letter from the Lockeford Community Service District. <br /> (San Joaquin County Development title Section 9-1100.3(d)) <br /> b. Connection to an approved public water supply system as required by Section 9-1120.2 <br /> of the San Joaquin County Development Title. A letter from the water supplier will be <br /> required stating that they have the capacity to serve the development and that the system <br /> meets State standards prior to recording the final map. (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title Section 9-1100.3) <br /> C. Submission of three (3) sets of food facility construction plans to the Environmental <br /> Health Division for review and approval prior to issuance of building permits. (California <br /> Health and Safety Code, Section 27550).
