A soil suitability study/nitrate loading study indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank <br /> usage must be performed prior to recordation of deed or record of survey as required by <br /> Section 9-1105.2(d)of the San Joaquin County Development Title. A nitrate loading study is <br /> required and a review fee of$465.00 must be paid at time of submittal to Environmental <br /> Health Division, <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$93.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> NOTE: The study should demonstrate that this hill terrain is able to support a home and a <br /> sewage disposal system for each parcel and a well in accordance with the San Joaquin <br /> County Standards. <br /> B. Construction of individual sewage-disposal-system(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the Soil <br /> Suitability findings (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> C. Construction of individual domestic water well under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development (San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Section 9-1115.3). <br />
