The existing Assessor's Parcel Numbers of the_prQpQ,-,-& <br /> realigMent are 019-240-54 through 64 and 019-260-02 3 0114, ar <br /> nn Plate 1 - The purpose_ of our studies was to determine the suitability of the proposed <br /> properties for septic tank usage. The studies were performed in general accordance with the <br /> requirements of Section.9-10100(0 of San Joaquin County Ordinance. The following includes i <br /> background.information regarding the proposed development, past and present use of the site, <br /> existing septic tank performance and permitting, and the groundwater conditions in the project <br /> area. In addition, discussions .regarding our investigative.procedures and the site conditions <br /> r encountered during our field exploration and the results of percolation tests and.nitrate loading <br /> calculations are presented. Finally, our project limitations are provided. <br /> 1 1. SITE DESCRIPTION 1 PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT ` <br /> The existing approximately 102-acre project area composed of 15 parcels will be reali ed to <br /> create 13 indiviLivai.],Qts. A map showing the proposed parcel.lot lines is presented on Plate 2. <br /> We understand that the proposed lots will include an approximately 6.5-acre parcel that will be <br /> used for a commercial development {Lot 1 ten a roximatel 2-acre parcels that will be used <br /> for residential development (Lots 2'through 11), and two approximately 40-acre parcels that 4 <br /> will be used for agricultural purposes (Lots 12 and 13).
