LOADING: One loading space shall be provided. Each space shall be a minimum of 25 <br /> feet in length and 15 feet in width and shall have a minimum height clearance of 14 feet. On- <br /> site driveways and maneuvering areas may be used in lieu of one of the loading spaces as <br /> long as maneuvering areas for delivery vehicles are provided. SCREENING: Screening shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) All storage materials and related activities, including storage areas for trash, shall be <br /> screened so as not to be visible from adjacent properties and public rights-of-way. <br /> Screening shall be six to seven feet in height.
