(DISTRICT 2). <br /> APPLICANT: Shell Oil Products APN: 087-100-34 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated Flood <br /> Hazard Area. In addition, the existing San Joaquin County and City of Stockton Flood Insurance <br /> Studies, which delineate flood risks, floodplains and floodway areas, are currently being reevaluated. <br /> The reevaluation is being conducted by the Federal Emergency Management Agency, Region IX, <br /> Building 105, Presidio of San Francisco, California 94129-1250, telephone(415) 923-7186. The <br /> reevaluation may delineate additional flood risks. The official flood maps are available for review at the <br /> Department of Public Works, 1810 East Hazelton Avenue, Stockton. These flood maps will be updated <br /> when the reevaluation process is completed. <br /> State Highway Route 88 has an existing right-of-way width of 100 feet and a planned right-of-way width <br /> per Caltrans. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> DV-98-02 <br /> None <br />
