State Route 88 Stockton <br /> F INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated <br /> Flood Hazard Area. <br /> State Route Highway 88 has an existing right-of-way width as determined by Caltrans and a <br /> planned right-of-way width of the same. <br /> Any Work performed within the Caltrans Right-of-way shall require an Encroachment Permit <br /> from Caltrans. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. An encroachment permit shall be required for work within road right-of-way. <br /> (Development Title Sections 9-1145.4 and 9-1145.5) <br /> 2. The driveway approach may be required to be improved in accordance with Caltrans <br /> I Standards prior to issuance of the occupancy permit. Work within Caltrans right-of-way <br /> shall require an encroachment permit by Caltrans. <br />
