I
INTRODUCTION
The purpose of this project is to divide a 2.25 acre parcel from a 24.50 acre parcel. In
accordance with the San Joaquin County Development Title, this Surface and Subsurface
Contamination Report (SSCR) is being submitted for application with the tentative map. This
report will investigate the property for visual or historical environment contamination based on
field observation and testimony from the owners. `
This report includes no chemical analysis. A Condition of Approval for the Minor Subdivision
will require percolation tests and groundwater tests from the wells (nitrates and DBCP). Those
results will be included in the Soils Suitability Report.
Proiect Description
The project consists of one parcel located at 9585 E. Waterloo Road, Stockton.
