Quartaroli <br /> SUBJECT: WILL SERVE LETTER FOR ASSESSOR'S PARCEL NUMBER 248-110-33 <br /> FOR WATER AND STORM DRAINAGE SERVICES FROM COUNTY <br /> SERVICE AREA NO. 44 (MS-01-08 DE ANGELIS PROPERTY) <br /> i <br /> County Service Area No. 44 will serve the above referenced site with water provided all <br /> necessary improvements are made to the water system, which comply with State and County <br /> standards. <br /> Annexation to County Service Area No. 44 will be required per Public Works Condition of <br /> Approval No. 7 of Minor Subdivision Application No. MS-01-08. All applicable connection <br /> or buy-in fees shall be paid which will satisfy this condition. A statement of Annexation costs <br /> is attached. <br /> If any extension, connection, or placement of new facilities is required to connect to the existing <br /> supply, the cost shall be borne by the applicant. An improvement plan shall be submitted for <br /> review and approval. A water meter (Sensus brand measurable in gallons) shall be installed and <br /> provided with attachment connector spud. Any interruption to the existing water system shall <br /> only be done by the Utility Maintenance Division. If any interruption to the existing water <br /> system is necessary, please contact the Utility Maintenance Division at 468-3090 to perform the <br /> task. In addition, the Utility Maintenance Division shall be contacted to inspect the connection <br /> to the main water line prior to backfilling. <br /> If the existing well is to be destroyed, a permit from the Environmental Health Division shall be <br /> acquired before water will be supplied. Destruction of the well shall be complete within 30 days <br /> of hook-up. If a well is to remain on the property, an approved reduced pressure backflow <br /> prevention device will be required. The applicant shall have the reduced pressure backflow <br /> prevention device tested by a licensed tester prior to final inspection and every year thereafter <br /> at the owner's expense. A copy of the test result shall be submitted to the Utility Maintenance <br /> Division. <br />
