City of Tracy Fire Department <br /> Inquiries were made with the City of Tracy Fire Department in an attempt to determine if <br /> there are any files present at that agency which note any hazardous materials storage, releases or <br /> spills,underground storage tanks, above ground storage tanks,or leaking underground storage tanks <br /> on the subject property or in the vicinity of the subject property. <br /> As of the issuance of this report, NOA Environmental has not received a response to their <br /> requests. Should a response be received, it will be sent to you as an addendum. <br /> 4. San Joa uin County Agricultural Commissioner <br /> t <br /> The San Joaquin County Agricultural Commissioner's Office was contacted by telephone in ' <br /> an effort to determine whether the subject property had been used in the past for agricultural <br /> purposes, and whether agricultural chemicals had been used on the subject property. <br /> r ' <br /> According to officials at the Agricultural Commissioner's Office several chemicals have been <br /> ` applied repeatedly to the subject property. According to files received from the San Joaquin County <br /> Agricultural Commissioner's Office,the following chemicals have been applied to the property(the <br /> years of application on file are indicated after the chemical listing): <br /> Botran Dust (1994, 1995, 1996, 1997, 1998) <br /> Sevin (1994, 1995, 1996, 1997, 1998) <br /> Alluminum Phosphate(1994, 1995, 1996, 1997, 1998) <br /> Strychnine (1994, 1995, 1996, 1997, 1998) <br /> Paraquat (1994, 1995, 1996, 1997, 1998) r <br /> Supracide (1994, 1995, 1996, 1997, 1998) <br /> Asara (1994, 1995, 1996) <br /> Envy 2, 4-D (1994, 1995, 1996) <br /> The above mentioned chemicals were researched with the use of Extoxnet. This database is <br /> provided by several toxicology departments across the west coast.
