Public Water Su 1 and Sewa a Disposal System <br /> i <br /> The San Joaquin County Department of Environmental Health was contacted by telephone in-an <br /> effort to determine the water source for the subject property. According to officials at the San <br /> Joaquin County Department of Environmental Health, the subject property is served by a private well <br /> ' and due to its location outside of the city limits, it is 51ble to connect to the public water supply. <br /> The San Joaquin County Department of Environmental Health was contacted by telephone in an <br /> effort to determine whether subjectrope <br /> p rty is connected to a municipal sewer system. According <br /> to officials at the San Joaquin County Department of Environmental Health,the subject property is <br /> outside of the city and�therefore,not connected to the municipal sewer system. It was noted however, <br /> that the property does have its own septic tank and�Iee'ehwfields. <br /> i�I�A�H:4 <br /> ' Copies of the permits for the water well and septic tank, in addition to, location maps have been ' <br /> included in this report as Appendix D. <br /> 6. San Joa uin Valley Air Pollution Control District <br /> The San Joaquin Valley Unified Air Pollution Control District(APCD) was contacted in an effort <br /> 4 to obtain information as to whether any agricultural burn permits have been issued for the subject <br /> property. According to APCD officials, a agricultural burn permit was issued for the subject <br /> property. According to information received from the air district, the subject property had a bum <br /> permit which expired on December 31, 1998. It was also noted in the air district's correspondence <br /> that the last reported bum date was April 4, 1996. <br /> Copies of the Agricultural Burn permit and information has been included in this report as Appendix <br /> F. <br /> M T. California Inte rated Waste Mana ement Board <br /> The Solid Waste Information System (SWIS) database is maintained by the California Integrated <br /> Waste Management Board (CIWMB). The SWIS database contains an inventory of solid waste <br /> disposal facilities or landfills. These may be active or inactive facilities or open dumps that failed <br /> ' to meet RCRA Section 2204 criteria for solid waste landfills or disposal sites. The SWIS database <br /> ' list was reviewed for reference to the subject property and to sites located within one-quarter(114) <br /> ` mile of the subject property. <br /> ' <br /> Our review of the SWIS database list dated November 1998 noted that the subject propem does <br /> not appear on the SWIS database at this time. The SWIS database list notes no (0) sites which <br /> are within the specified search radius. <br /> 7 <br /> C <br />
