Aerial Photographs <br /> Aerial photographs depicting the subject property dated 1940, 1952, 1963, 1975 and 1983 were <br /> reviewed at the San Joaquin County Surveyor's Office in Stockton, California. <br /> � 1 <br /> The 1940 aerial photograph depicts the subject property as being set up for agricultural row crops. <br /> There are no visible structures located on the subject property or on any adjoining properties. The <br /> surrounding properties to the north,south,east and west are all being used for agricultural crops. The <br /> only noticeable road in the photograph is Fairoaks Road which is located to the east of the subject <br /> property. <br /> The 1952 aerial photograph depicts the subject property as unchanged. There are still no noticeable <br /> structures on either the subject property or the adjoining properties. The only noticeable difference <br /> I. <br /> to the properties surrounding the subject property is a decrease in the area being used for agricultural I' <br /> production. The adjoining properties(to the north and west)which have decreased their agricultural <br /> uses have left the fields fallow, i <br /> k - <br /> The 1963 aerial photograph depicts no changes to the subject property or the adjoining properties <br /> since the I952 photograph. <br /> ! I <br /> The 1975 aerial photograph depicts a small house on the subject property. The remainder of the <br /> subject property was depicted as field crops. The adjoining properties to the north and south are still <br /> jagricultural. The adjoining properties to the east and west show no change however,the properties <br /> to the east and west, beyond the adjoining properties are beginning to depict more scattered housing. <br /> The 1983 aerial photograph depicts no changes to the subject property or the adjoining properties <br /> since the 1975 photograph. <br /> B. USGS Topographic Maps <br /> Topographic maps of the subject property were reviewed at the California State Library in <br /> Sacramento, California. Maps of the Tracy quadrangle published in 1916 and 1954 were reviewed, <br /> as well as editions of the 1954 map photorevised in 1968 and 1981. <br /> !; <br /> The USGS Tracy, California 1131,680 topographic quadrangle dated 1916 depicts the subject � <br /> property as vacant land.
