A criminal investigation was being conducted by the FBI and the San Joaquin County Sheriff's Office, with <br /> excavation assistance from the San Joaquin County Department of Public Works. <br /> The well destruction requirements are: <br /> 1. The two 6 inch borings shall be grouted with 10.3 sack sand / cement mix from the bottom of the open <br /> portion of the borings up to the smaller (5' by 5') reduced shaft. A cement cap shall be extended 5 feet into <br /> the reduced shaft. <br /> 2. The reduced shaft shall be backfilled with clean native soil. The wood shoring may be left in place. <br /> 3. The larger 70 foot shaft shall be backfilled with clean native soil. The wood shoring and metal scaffolding <br /> may be left in place. The top 12 feet of the site shall be compacted with the county's conventional <br /> earthmoving equipment. <br /> 4. The CMP (corrugated metal pipe) shall be cut down to the present grade within the excavation, and the <br /> remainder of the excavation filled in to match the nature grade. <br /> On February 22, 2013, Michael Escotto, Senior R.E.H.S. did an inspection and observed the back fill of this well. <br /> EHD 43-08 WELL DESTRUCTION PERMIT <br /> :;3012 <br />
