g. UNIFORM FIRE CODE: The following Uniform Fire Code and San Joaquin County Ordinance Code <br /> requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in the construction plans before submittal <br /> to the Community Development Department for a building permit: <br /> (1) Fire department access roads shall be in accordance with Section 503.2 of the California Fire <br /> Code and the standard adopted by the San Joaquin County Fire Chiefs Association. <br /> (2) All undeveloped parcels, or portions of undeveloped parcels, which are created as a result of <br /> this Site Approval Application, shall remain free of weeds, debris, or any other combustible <br /> vegetation, such as abandoned orchards or vineyards, throughout the year to the satisfaction <br /> of the Fire Jurisdiction Having Authority. (CFC 304.1) <br /> 2. COUNTY COUNSEL <br /> i <br /> a. HOLD HARMLESS PROVISION: Pursuant to Section 66474.9 of the Government Code, the <br /> subdivider shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the local agency or its agents, officers, and <br /> employees from any claim, action, or proceeding against the local agency or its agents, officers, or <br /> employees to attack, set aside, void, or annul an approval of the local agency, advisory agency, <br /> appeal board, or legislative body concerning a subdivision, which action is brought within the time <br /> provided for in Section 66499.37 of the Government Code. <br /> 3.
