The proposed subdivision has been designed to maintain <br /> the 20-foot setback from the levee, as required by Reclamation District 17. The Revisions of Approved Actions will not <br /> conflict with any easements within or adjacent to the subdivision. <br /> 8. Also the applicants will be required to plant trees <br /> in accordance with Section 9-1020.4 of the Development Title.
