5 The use is compatible with adjoining land uses. <br /> • This finding can be made because the proposed use will not interfere with or alter the <br /> current land uses on adjacent properties. The parcel will remain zoned R-L (Low Density <br /> Residential). The proposed project will utilize an existing residence.The parcels to the north, <br /> south, east and west are zoned residentially and contain residences. As a condition of <br /> approval, any outdoor activities associated with the project will be limited to the hours of 7 <br /> a.m. to 10 p.m. Outdoor activities areas are required to be fenced as well.
