The fee is due <br /> and payable at the time of building permit application. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. A Parcel Map is required. (Development Title Section 9-915.2) <br /> 2. The remainder parcel shall be designated/labeled as "Designated Remainder"on the Parcel Map. <br /> (Subdivision Map Act Section 66445) <br /> 3. All easements of record shall be shown on the Parcel Map. (Development Title Section 9-910.20) <br /> 4. The location of the north channel of the Calaveras River as well as the extent of the one-hundred year flood <br /> hazard area shall be delineated on the Parcel Map. <br /> Informational Notes: <br /> (i.) Any construction activity that results in the disturbance of at least one(1)acre of soil shall require a State <br /> NPDES construction permit. Dischargers whose projects disturb 1 or more acres of soil or whose projects <br /> disturb less than I acre of soil and is not part of a larger common plan of development, are required to <br /> obtain coverage under the current General Permit for Discharges of Storm Water Associated with <br /> Construction Activity(www.swrcb.ca.gov/stormwtr/gen_const.html#const_permit). <br /> (ii.) All future building permits for projects located within a Special Flood Hazard Area at the time of permit <br /> issuance shall meet the San Joaquin County flood hazard reduction requirements(Title 9, Chapter 9-1605) <br /> and all requirements of the State of California(CCR Title 23)that are in force at the time of permit <br /> issuance.
