ri <br /> `i 1.0 INTRODUCTION AND PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT: <br /> 1.1 Description of Site: The project consists of 168 +/- total acres located at 7921. & 8129 <br /> N. Podesta Lane and 22650 E. Frazier Road, Linden, CA 95236. The subject parcel numbers are <br /> 067-080-01, 03 and 091-350-01. The project is in an agricultural community, and the existing <br /> parcel is zoned AG-40. e9- 6?j_ 330-v$ a45- 2*0-ate:=.qr 0 Uz i etc=44A6) <br /> 1.2 Description of proposed development: It is proposed to create three parcels, and a <br /> "designated remainder." In accordance with the San Joaquin County Development Title, this <br /> Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report (SSCR) is being submitted for approval. This <br /> report will investigate the property for visual or historical environment contamination based on <br /> field observation, interviews with the owner, and county records. (This SSCR includes no <br /> chemical analysis). <br /> 1.3 Parcel Location Map: (See Appendix for Tentative Map with Vicinity Map, and <br /> APN <br /> page). <br /> i <br /> 1.4 Site Map: (See Appendix for Tentative Map). <br /> 2.0 PAST PRESENT AND PROPOSED FUTURE USES OF THIS SITE: <br /> 2.1 Discussion of Past, Present, and Proposed Future Uses: The primary source of <br /> information of the historic use of this property is testimony of the current owner, Fred <br /> Podesta. Fred Podesta has owned subject parcel for 10+ years. In 2007, Mr. Podesta <br /> purchased the property located at 22650 E. Frazier Road. This property is adjacent to Mr. <br /> 1 Podesta's property, so he is familiar with the property. <br /> Ell Presently, the majority of the property is an orchard. There also are two homesites. The <br /> surrounding properties to the north, south, west, and east are used for agricultural purposes. <br /> 3.0 IDENTIFICATION OF ALL PAST AND CURRENT SOURCES OF <br /> ii <br /> CONTAMINATION: <br /> i 3.1 Methods Used to Research: Methods used to research thisP arcel were records <br /> researched at the San Joaquin County Agriculture Commissioners office on July 30, 2010 <br /> (see Appendix for results). Also, an onsite survey performed on July 20, 2010 by Mike Toy <br /> -! and Brook Handel of Dillon & Murphy. The owner was interviewed on August 12, 2010, by (3 <br /> Joe Murphy of Dillon & Murphy. San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department's <br /> underground storage tank site mitigation database list did not yield any findings on the subject <br /> parcel (see Appendix). A search for U.S.T./L.U.S.T sites was done on the subject parcel and <br /> yielded no findings. Research was performed on the subject site as required by County <br /> regulations. <br /> 2 <br />
