A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to the release of building permits. <br /> f. Verification shall be obtained from the Solid Waste Division (468-3066)that this development has <br /> addressed the items on the attached Waste Plan Format for Development Projects. The Final Site <br /> Plan is required upon submittal of verification. <br /> 3. PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES (Staff Contact: Rodney Estrada,468-0331) <br /> a. A soil suitability study/nitrate loading study outlining all septic and processing waste must be <br /> performed prior to the issuance of building permits and/or approval of the final occupancy permits, as <br /> required by Development Title Section 9-1105.2(d). A review fee of$390.00 must be paid at the time <br /> of submittal to the Environmental Health Division. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on-site sewage standards of San Joaquin County <br /> prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of septic tank practice <br /> or the EPA Design Manual for on-site wastewater treatment and disposal systems is required for <br /> each parcel. A permit fee of$78.00 is required for each percolation hole. <br /> b. Should the number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 for at least 60 days per year, or the number <br /> of service connections exceed four, a yearly permit to operate a public water system will be required <br /> by the Environmental Health Division.
