The study was performed according to the requirements of Section <br /> 9-1105.2(d) of the San Joaquin County Development. A major element of the field work included <br /> conducting percolation tests that meet the required absorption rates as required by San Joaquin <br /> County,Public Health Services, Environmental Health Department (EHD). <br /> In addition to conducting the percolation test, a review of published soil information,geologic <br /> L maps,and ground water information was performed to evaluate the suitability of soils for use with a <br /> septic system. <br /> ` The formatting of this report has been designed to follow, to the greatest degree possible, <br /> the EHD's Soil Suitability Study Requirements Checklist, dated July 14, 2003. <br /> L 1.1 Site Description <br /> The Site consists of one parcel, the Assessor Parcel Number for the Site (APN) is 228-130-23.The <br /> V, Parcel is approximately 46 acres. 'The county application number for this project is PA-05-157. The <br /> ` 1 <br /> land is currently used as orchard. One single family residence exists in the northeast corner of the <br /> property along Frederick Road. <br /> L <br /> The elevation of the Site, according to a United States Geological Survey topographic map,is <br /> between approximately 45 and 55 feet above mean sea level.
