d. An Improvement Plan shall be submitted to show the <br /> location of the well and sewage disposal area (including <br /> a 100 percent expansion) . State on revised plans or <br /> improvement plans the maximum number of employees the <br /> sewage disposal system is being designed for and that the <br /> leach field area will be barricaded so that it cannot be <br /> driven over, parked on, or used as a storage area. This <br /> leach field area must be used for that specific purpose <br /> only and cannot contain any underground utility lines. <br /> Also, identify which storage building is to be converted. <br /> e. The truck washing facility must be an enclosed system <br /> designed by a registered engineer and approved by the <br /> Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board and <br /> the Environmental Health Division. <br /> 4 . AIR POLLUTION CONTROL DISTRICT: <br /> Conditions of Approval : <br /> a. The District' s dust control practices shall be <br /> implemented during all on-site construction activity. <br /> b. The applicant shall be subject to the District ' s "PM-10" <br /> and "Indirect and Areawide Source Review" rules if they <br /> are adopted and become effective before issuance of the <br /> project ' s building or grading permits. <br /> C. The applicant shall maintain adequate record keeping of <br /> mitigations. <br /> d. The applicant shall notify the District in writing of <br /> actual dates of construction/grading no later than one <br /> week prior to these activities. <br /> e. The applicant shall apply Best Available Control <br /> Technology pursuant to the District ' s rules and <br /> regulations. <br /> f. The applicant shall apply for Authority to Construct and <br /> Permit to Operate from the District if a painting <br /> facility is operated in the shop building. <br /> g. Piston type internal combustion engines with a rating of <br /> greater than 65 horsepower will require an Authority to <br /> Construct and a Permit to Operate. <br /> NOTE: On December 20, 1990, the San Joaquin County Planning <br /> Commission approved UP-91-8 subject to the Conditions of <br /> Approval listed above. <br />
