Fremont Street, Stockton <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as pertinent to this project. Other <br /> Ordinance Requirements may also apply. Ordinance Requirements can not be modified. <br /> 1. The PHS/EHD, Unit IV states that surface and subsurface contamination as a result of <br /> unauthorized releases from both above and below ground storage tanks exist. As of this <br /> date, no work plan to investigate the contamination has been submitted to the Site <br /> Mitigation Unit. Site is currently on the UST Contaminated Site List. Immediately <br /> contact Diane Hinson, Site Mitigation Unit, (209) 468-3452 for assessment information. <br /> 2. The well must be repaired under inspection by the Environmental Health Division (San <br /> Joaquin County Ordinance 1862, Section 5-4100) as follows: Seal domestic well (needs <br /> chlorinator plug and caulking). <br /> 3. Refuse, garbage and other solid waste material must be stored, removed and transported <br /> to an approved landfill in accordance with San Joaquin County Ordinance 2887, Section <br /> 5-2400. <br /> 4. Demolition of all dilapidated structure(s) and removal of all demolition material from <br /> premises to an approved landfill site in accordance with San Joaquin County Ordinance <br /> 2887, Section 5-2401. <br /> 5. If floor drains are required, they must be plumbed through a sand/oil separator and <br /> discharged to an above ground system approved by the Environmental Health Division. <br /> This system must be designed by a registered engineer. If the above ground holding <br /> facility had to be emptied you first would have to analyze the contents for any hazardous <br /> material.
