From visual observations, there is no surface contamination from hazardous materials or
hazardous environmental conditions. Section 9-905.12 of San Joaquin County Develop7Health
states"Corrective Action: If the report indicates there are surface and subsurface contam
corrective action shall be recommended in the report and concurred with by Environmen
prior to the issuance of the building permit." Therefore, no corrective action is required
subject property as of the date of this Addendum Update.
Records review at the Environmental Health Department still show no documentation of above
ground, or under ground(AST/UST) storage tanks at the subject property address. This is also
illustrated on the attached GeoTracker Site Map. A Leaking Underground Fuel Tank (LUFT) site
is shown at the Gaging Station, 4000 feet north of the property. This Gaging Station can be
considered downgradient from the property. Potential environmental impacts to the property from
past, present or future facilities within a one mile radius are still unknown at this time.
No statement can be made with scientific certainty regarding latent surface or subsurface
conditions which may have originated on-site, or off-site from various sources. The subject
property(surface and subsurface), adjacent land or underlying groundwater cannot be represented
free from any and all environmental hazards. The possibility always exists for contaminants to be
placed, or migrate through the soil, surface vter, groundwater, or air at any point in time.
Respectfully submitted, o a q,
CHESNEY CONSULTING ` QO No. 04575 `z v
jCj * Expires: /
Don Chesnen
.E.A.
