French Camp Rd, Ripon <br /> AP ## 203-220-31 <br /> The adjacent and surrounding Property Owners request that this Statement <br /> of Concerns regarding Application PA-0600609 (SA)be entered into the <br /> record for this hearing. We "object" to the placement of this "use" on the <br /> proposed site based on the following: <br /> 1. Inadequate CEQA review <br /> 2. Inability to make the required findings <br /> And these are the impacts which were not adequately addressed: <br /> 1. Existing land use <br /> a. Proposed site not consistent with majority of surrounding <br /> land usage and should be considered a "non-conforming" use. <br /> b. Directly conflicts with the majority of land use in immediate <br /> area <br /> 1. Within one-half mile radius of subject property, 68% <br /> are residential use, 21% farm use, and 12% commercial <br /> use. <br /> 2. County has established (by the uses currently <br /> permitted) a predetermined"allowable use" to the <br /> immediate area.. <br /> 2. Preexisting site and proposed site have significant differences - <br /> Agricultural Sales establishment vs. Processing and Distribution <br /> Center <br /> a. Product to be received in "bulk", mixed and transferred into <br /> smaller product containers does not represent "sales". <br /> b. Determined Property Description should be noted as <br /> Processing and Distribution Center with deliver to consumers <br /> as is their existing plant. <br />
