Secured storage for "nitrate based fertilizers" —prevent <br /> dumping in earth basin storage drain, seeping into the water <br /> table <br /> 6. Traffic and rail traffic issues not addressed <br /> a. Improper ingress and egress for delivery trucks from French <br /> Camp Road to the facility site. <br /> b. Inadequate road space to provide turning lanes to the <br /> proposed site. <br />
