i Y e. LOADING: One (1) loading space shall be provided. The space shall be a minimum of 25 feet in length and 15 feet in width, and shall have a minimum height clearance of 14 feet. On-site driveways and maneuvering areas may be used in lieu of one of the loading spaces as long as maneuvering areas for delivery vehicles are provided. (Development Title Section 9-1015.6) f. ACCESS AND CIRCULATION: The following requirements apply and shall be,shown on the Site Plan: f (1) Access driveways shall have a width of no less than twenty-five (25) feet for.two-way aisles and sixteen (;16) feet for one-way aisles, except that in no case shall driveways designated as fire department access be less than twenty (20) feet wide. Items stored within one hundred (100) feet of a dedicated.street or residential zone shall not be stacked higher than two (2) feet above the adjacent'screen.
