Verification shall be obtained from the Solid Waste Division (468-3066) that this development has met the <br /> requirements of the Waste Plan Format for Development Projects. Final Site Plan is required upon submittal <br /> of verification. <br /> 11. The developer shall provide drainage facilities and meet the requirements of San Joaquin County <br /> Development Standards to prevent the increased runoff release rate of storm water from discharging onto <br /> other properties and to prevent offsite sediment transport. Retention basins shall be fenced with six(6) foot <br /> high chain link fence or equal when the maximum design depth is 18 inches or more. Required retention basin <br /> capacity shall be calculated by a registered civil engineer, licensed contractor or licensed architect prior to <br /> release of Building Permit. (Development Title Section 9-1135) <br /> 12. Applicant shall obtain coverage under the General Permit for Discharges of Storm Water Associated with <br /> Construction Activity (Construction General Permit, 99-08-DWQ). Construction activity subject to this <br /> permit includes clearing, grading and disturbances to the ground such as stockpiling, or excavation, but does <br /> not include regular maintenance activities performed to restore the original line, grade, or capacity of the <br /> facility. Developer shall file a Notice of Intent (NOI) with the State Water Resources Control Board <br /> (SWRCB). The Waste Discharge Identification Number(WDID), issued by the SWRCB shall be submitted to <br /> Public Works. <br />
