Applicant shall submit a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) to San Joaquin County Public <br /> Works for approval. The SWPPP shall meet the requirements of the State Water Resources Control Board <br /> (SWRCB) Order No. 99-08 DWQ, Waste Discharge Requirements (WDRs) for Discharges of Stormwater <br /> Runoff Associated with Construction activity (General Permit). A copy of the approved SWPPP and all <br /> required records, updates, test results and inspection reports shall be maintained on the construction site and <br /> be available for review by any County, State or Federal employee on demand. <br /> Informational Notes: <br /> (i) This property is subject to the requirements of San Joaquin County Mosquito &Vector Control District(209- <br /> 982-4675)and the California Health and Safety Code for the prevention of mosquitoes. Best Management <br /> Practices(BMP)guidelines for stormwater devices, ponds and wetlands are available. <br /> (ii.)
