(c) One 3,500 square foot women's group care facility. <br /> (d) One 4,500 square foot transition facility (sleeping quarters only). <br /> (e) One 2,025 square foot dual diagnosis facility for medical/drug and alcohol <br /> treatment analysis. <br /> (f) A maximum combined total of thirty-four (34) additional beds shall be <br /> permitted for Phase II. <br /> 3). Accessory Uses: The following are uses that may be considered accessory to <br /> the group care facility: <br /> (a) Pow Wow Area-an area used for pow-wow ceremonies <br /> (b) Meditation Area-an area used by residents of the group care facility and <br /> during special ceremonies. <br /> c. SPECIAL EVENTS: Large-scale events, involving more than the employees and <br /> residents of the group care facility, and the resident's families shall require a <br /> separate Special Event Improvement Plan application. A maximum of four (4) <br /> Special Events may be permitted on an annual basis. (Development Title Section <br /> 9-110.4) <br /> d. BUSINESS LICENSE: The applicant shall secure an approved Business License <br /> prior to the initiation of the use. The Business License may be applied for <br /> concurrently with the building permit application. (Section 7-1000 of the County <br /> Ordinance Code) <br /> e. STORM DRAINAGE: Storm water drainage shall be retained on-site. The <br /> drainage pattern and corresponding storm drain improvements shall be shown on <br /> the Site Plan. Drainage calculations prepared by a registered civil engineer or <br /> architect shall be included. (Development Title Section 9-1135) <br /> f. PARKING: Off-street parking shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> 1). All parking spaces, driveways, and maneuvering areas shall be surfaced and <br /> permanently maintained with base material of appropriate depth and asphalt <br /> concrete or Portland cement concrete to provide a durable, dust free surface. <br /> Bumper guards shall be provided when necessary to protect adjacent <br /> structures or properties. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[e]) <br /> 2). A minimum of seventeen (17) parking spaces shall be provided for Phase I, <br /> including one (1) van accessible space. An additional twelve (12) parking <br /> spaces shall be provided for Phase ll, including one (1) accessible space. <br /> Accessible spaces shall be located as close as possible to the primary entrance <br /> (C.C.R., Title 24).
