FRENCH CAMP ROAD (PA 02-317) <br /> MANTECA, CALIFORNIA <br /> OUR JOB NUMBER: LG02-031 <br /> 1.0 INTRODUCTION <br /> Our office was contracted by Mr. Mike Munninger of Architectural Alliance,Phoenix, Arizona, <br /> _ to conduct a soil suitability/nitrate loading study(SS/NLS) for the proposed Three Rivers Indian <br /> Lodge located at 2201 E. French Camp Road, Manteca, CA(Plate 1). The size of the parcel is <br /> 40 acres and the Assessor Parcel Number(APN) is 177-100-31. The San Joaquin County Site <br /> Approval application number is PA 02-317 (pre-application). <br /> This SS/NLS was required as a condition for site approval by the San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department(EHD) in a memo dated August 21, 2002 addressed to San <br /> Joaquin County Community Development Department. <br /> A SS/NLS was required to determine whether the soil was suitable for the use with a septic <br /> system and to estimate its potential impact to ground-water quality. The study was performed <br /> according to the requirements of Section 9-1105.2(d)of the San Joaquin County Development. <br /> r <br /> Major elements of the field work included the drilling of five(5) soil percolation test borings on <br /> the property. An examination of the published soil information, geologic maps, and avail <br /> ground water information, exploratory borings logs, percolaho rates an permit review was <br /> performed to comp ete the investigation. <br />
