Mr. Munninger described the use of the project. He stated that there would be a men's <br /> rehabilitation clinic, providing both in-patient and outpatient services. Mr. Moyer <br /> indicated that the first phase of the building would be approximately 11,000 square feet, <br /> and the second phase approximately 7,500 square feet. Rehabilitation consists of <br /> teaching farm skills to the Native Americans. In addition there will be an administration <br /> building strictly for paper work, and a building for dormitory style living, conference <br /> rooms for consultation, and a number of programs. <br /> Mr. Munninger indicated that in the future there would be daycare for the children and a <br /> women's rehabilitation clinic. <br /> Mr. Karam asked the applicants to indicate in writing the number of employees, and <br /> how many people will be live in, so the traffic engineers will know how many trip ends <br /> there will be. <br /> Ms. Jolley asked the applicants if they were going to provide educational information <br /> and cultural programs. Mr. Munninger indicated yes that it is planned for in the future to <br /> establish strong cultural connections and education. <br /> Ms. Jolley asked the applicants to write up a more detailed proposal stating the <br /> description of the project and submit it to her for review. <br /> Mr. Borges reviewed the Environmental Health Department requirements. <br /> 10:30 a.m. 4. Thornton Road, Lodi). <br /> Jennifer Jolley, Associate Planner; Paige Gillim, Profleet; Craig Bell, Fillner <br /> Construction, Inc.; Steven Elser, K-12 Architects; Kevin Huber, Highway 12 Investors <br /> were present for this item. <br /> Ms. Jolley introduced the project. <br /> Ms. Jolley informed the applicants if they would like to reduce the parking spaces they <br /> would need to submit, in writing, why they thought the parking requirements are <br /> excessive. <br /> Mr. Huber discussed the possibility of annexing to CSA 31. Mr. Karam suggest that <br /> Mr. Huber speak with Mr. Gau of the Public Works Department regarding this issue. <br /> Mr. Martin explained the Planning Commission process. <br />
