Mr. Borges reviewed Environmental Health Department's requirements. <br /> 11:00 a.m. 5. MAJOR SUBDIVISION APPLICATION NO. PA-0200027 <br /> JJ (C/O FOOTHILL ENGINEERING). A Major Subdivision application <br /> to subdivide 42 acres into 17residential lots of approximately 2 <br /> acres each. The subdivision will be referred to as "Schulz Estates". <br /> Located on the northwest corner of Woodson Road and State <br /> Route 99 West Frontage Road, north of Lodi (005-160-28; Address: <br /> 4200 East Woodson Road, Acampo). <br /> Jennifer Jolley, Associate Planner; Ervin Rifenburg; Foothill Engineering and Robert <br /> Schulz of Schulz Brothers Inc. were present for this item. <br /> Ms. Jolley introduced the project. <br /> Mr. Rifenburg indicated on the map where and how he would like the masonry wall <br /> installed. Mr. Rifenburg also indicated that the wall would have to be constructed on an <br /> individual basis. The location of the wall will depend on the location of the house on the <br /> lot. <br /> Mr. Rifenburg indicated that the applicants have chosen to provide the water supply for <br /> agriculture for the Loss of Agricultural Land mitigation measure. <br /> Mr. Karam reviewed the Public Works Department requirements. <br /> Ms. Jolley indicated that secondary access will need to be shown on the site plan. <br /> Mr. Borges reviewed Environmental Health Department requirements. <br /> Ms. Jolley indicated that the Planning Commission is tentatively scheduled for <br /> September 19, 2002. <br /> Ms. Jolley suggest that Mr. Rifenburg contact Mr. Dalton regarding the Fire Code <br /> requirements. <br /> The meeting was adjourned at 11:35 a.m. <br /> THE DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE CHANDLER MARTIN <br /> CHAIRMAN <br />
