State on revised site plans the maximum number of employees the sewage disposal system is <br /> being designed for and that the leach field area will be barricaded so it cannot be driven over, <br /> parked on, or used as a storage area. This leach field area must be used for that specific <br /> purpose only and cannot contain any underground utility lines. (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)). <br /> C. Construct a water well under permit and inspection of the Environmental Health Division <br /> prior to occupancy. Well location shall be 100 feet from both on-site ponds. Should the <br /> number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 for at least 60 days per year, or the number of <br /> service connections exceed four, a yearly permit to operate a public water system will be <br /> required by the Environmental Health Division(San Joaquin County Development Title 22, <br /> Section 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9.). <br /> The supplier must possess adequate financial, managerial, and technical capability to assure <br /> delivery of pure, wholesome, and potable drinking water in accordance with San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Sections 9-1120.2 and—91115.9 and C.C.R., Title 22, and Health <br /> and Safety Code, Section 116525 through 116570. <br /> D. If floor drains are required,they must be plumbed through a sand/oil separator and <br /> discharged to an above ground system approved by the Environmental Health Division. A <br /> registered engineer must design this system. The material collected in the above ground <br /> holding system must be analyzed for hazardous constituents prior to disposal. Specific test <br /> requirements may be obtained from the Environmental Health Division. A$156.00 plan <br /> check fee is required at the time of submittal. If onsite wash-water evaporation pond is <br /> utilized for truck washing, Regional Water Quality Control Board requirements must be <br /> obtained prior to occupancy. <br /> E. If hazardous waste is generated, applicant must obtain an EPA identification number and <br /> comply with applicable regulations. <br /> F. If hazardous material is stored on site, applicant must register with County Office of <br /> Emergency Services. <br /> G. Refuse, garbage, and other solid waste material must be stored, removed and transported to <br /> an approved landfill in accordance with San Joaquin County Ordinance Code, Section 5- <br /> 2400. <br />
