(DISTRICT 1) . <br /> APPLICANT: Ace Tomato Company APN' s: 177-100-28, 29 and 32 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not located within a Federal Flood Insurance <br /> Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. In addition, the <br /> existing San Joaquin County and City of Stockton Flood Insurance <br /> Studies, which delineate flood risks, floodplains, and floodway areas, <br /> are currently being reevaluated. The reevaluation is being conducted <br /> by the Federal Emergency Management Agency, Region IX, Building 105, <br /> Presidio of San Francisco, California 94219, telephone (415) 923-7186 . <br /> The reevaluation may delineate additional flood risks. The official <br /> flood maps are available for review at the Department of Public Works, <br /> 1810 East Hazelton Avenue, Stockton. These flood maps will be updated <br /> when the reevaluation process is completed. <br /> French Camp Road has an existing right-of-way width of 80+ feet and a <br /> planned right-of-way width of 84 feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS : <br /> 1 . Encroachment permit shall be required for work within road <br /> right-of-way. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1145.4) <br /> 2 . The frontage improvements for French Camp Road shall be <br /> constructed in conformance with the standards for one-half of an <br /> 84-foot right-of-way Minor Arterial Street across Parcel 3 as <br /> shown on Lot Line Adjustment Application LA-95-29 . The <br /> construction of the frontage improvements will be deferred upon <br /> execution by the owner of a Deferred Frontage and Roadway <br /> Improvement Agreement or a Secured Deferred Frontage and Roadway <br /> Improvement Agreement with a deposit equivalent to their <br /> estimated construction costs prior to approval of the Improvement <br /> Plan. (A $260. 00 fee currently is required for processing per <br /> Development Title Table 9-240 .2 in addition to a copy of the <br /> Grant Deed and an estimate for the required frontage <br /> improvements. The estimate shall be prepared by a Registered <br /> Civil Engineer with a typical section drawing on a form to be <br />
