In addition,Stockton Metropolitan's Traffic Pattern Zone
consists of prohibited uses, non-residential density, open land requirement, and conditions of
approval. SJCOG recommends the project applicant review the Noise Compatibility Criteria
Matrix (Stockton Metropolitan ALUCP, pg. 3-33 to 3-34) and Safety Criteria Matrix (Stockton
Metropolitan ALUCP, pg. 3-23 to 3-28). Restrictions and conditions of approval apply for future
development of specific land uses.
SJCOG would like to provide standards and project design conditions that comply with the Airport
Land Use Compatibility Plan as a reference guide.
1. New land uses that may cause visual, electronic, or increased bird strike hazards to
aircraft in flight shall not be permitted within any airport's influence area. Specific
1lPage
