COMMENTS ON DEVELOPMENTS <br /> SA-93-43 4TH REVISION <br /> 2 . The owner shall execute an Irrevocable Offer to Dedicate a <br /> right-of-way conforming to the tentative Arch-Airport/Sperry <br /> Specific Road Plan.
