COMMENTS ON DEVELOPMENTS <br /> SA-93-43 4TH REVISION <br /> 7 . A "Will Serve" letter from the City of Stockton for the <br /> Sanitary Sewer, & Storm Drain Services shall be <br /> provided. (Development Title Sections 9-1105.2e & 9-1135 . 3) <br /> 8 . A "Will Serve" letter from the California Water Service Company <br /> for the water service shall be provided. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1115.2) <br /> 9 . All building set-backs shall respect the future tentative <br /> right-of-way line of Arch-Airport/Sperry Road and I-5 off ramp. <br /> (Development Title Table 9-410 . 3) <br /> 10. The alignment and geometrics for `tee tentative <br /> Arch-Airport/Sperry Road, Interstate I-5 off-ramp, and on-ramp <br /> shall be shown on the Improvement Plans. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1150. 2) <br /> 11. The owner shall prepare and record a "Notice" by separate <br /> instrument with the San Joaquin County Recorder that states any <br /> permanent driveway shall be located a minimum of 200' from the <br /> future Interstate I-5 off-ramp and shall be restricted to <br /> right-turn only movements.
