Storm and sanitary sewer lines shall be extended to the <br /> easterly and westerly property lines . <br /> 7 . Relocate the interim driveway and adjacent parking spaces <br /> so that the east edge of the interim roadway aligns with <br /> the east curb line of Val Dervin Parkway to avoid the <br /> necessity for realignment when the future freeway <br /> interchange is completed. <br /> 8 . Relocate the 40' sign out of the future Cal Trans right- <br /> of-way. <br /> 9 . Should the building permit for Phase I be issued by San <br /> Joaquin County, the County Building Official shall be <br /> responsible for inspection of Phase I of this project <br /> through to final inspection and to issuance of the <br /> Certificate of Occupancy even though annexation to the <br /> City may occur during construction. <br /> 1.0 .
