The property was <br /> purchased by the current owner approximately one year ago from Mrs. Rena Zwart. <br /> 3.0 EXISTING AND PROPOSED SEPTIC TANK USAGE <br /> 3.1 Existing On-Site Septic Tank Usage <br /> According to the owner, there are no existing septic systems on the subject prope . oo septic <br /> ictict <br /> permits were found for the address of the property during file review at the San I <br /> Environmental Health Department (EHD). <br /> _ 3.2 On-Site Septic Permit History <br /> Please see section 3.1 for details regarding septic system history on site. <br /> 3.3 On-Site Septic Repair Permit History <br /> Please see section 3.1 for details regarding septic system history on site. <br /> 3.4 Existing Septic Tank Usage in the Vicinity <br /> In an attempt to determine the septic system density for the vicinity of the site, our office <br /> reviewed a recent aerial photograph of the subject property available from GoogleEarth'". We <br /> counted the building clusters within one square mile of the site, and made the assumption that <br /> each building cluster has one septic system. Using this method, we determined that there are a <br /> minimum of 20 septic systems per square mile in the immediate vicinity of the site. <br /> The general area consists of agricultural fields with scattered residences. <br /> 3.5 Septic Permit History in the Vicinity <br /> A file review was performed at the EHD to determine the septic system use within the vicinity of <br /> the site.
