C. Construction of an individual sewage disposal system under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division is required at the time of development. (Development Title <br /> Sections 9-1110.3 and 9-1110.4) <br /> d. If floor drains are required, they must be plumbed through a sand/oil separator and <br /> discharged to an above-ground system approved by the Environmental Health Division. <br /> This system must be designed by a registered engineer. The material collected in thr <br /> above-ground holding system must be analyzed for hazardous constftuents prior to <br /> disposal. Specific test requirements may be obtained from the Environmental Health <br /> Division. A $156.00 plan check fee is required at the time of submittal. <br /> e. Obtain discharge requirements from the California Regional Water Quality Control Board, <br /> Central Valley Region, prior to development. (Water Code, Article 5, Section 13280) <br /> f. Refuse, garbage, and other solid waste material must be stored, removed, and <br /> transported to an approved landfill in accordance with San Joaquin County Ordinance <br /> Code Section 5-2400. <br /> 4. MANTECA-LATHROP FIRE DISTRICT: <br /> a. The project must conform with the 1991 Uniform Fire Code and all related standards. <br /> b. All structures over 6,000 square feet shall conform with the San Joaquin County Fire <br /> Sprinkler Ordinance. <br /> C. Fire department facility fees are to be paid in accordance with the San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance and Resolution adopting the fee schedule (Industrial/Commercial @$0.21 per <br /> square foot). <br /> d. In order to commence construction beyond the foundation stage or the storage of <br /> building materials, requirements for emergency vehicle access and adequate water for <br /> fire suppression shall be provided in accordance with Sections 10.201, 10.502, and <br /> 87.103 of the 1991 Uniform Fire Code. <br /> e. The fire access road shall meet the standards of the San Joaquin County Department of <br /> Public Works. <br /> f.
