UP-94-14 OF HAYRES EGG FARMS <br /> (C/O RICHARD STAGNO) <br /> ----------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> This proposal is to remove two existing chicken houses and build <br /> a 5, 000 square foot slaughter house (Agricultural Processing Food <br /> Manufacturing) on a 13 , 54 acre parcel on the south side of <br /> Frewert Road, . 87 miles west of Manthey Road, northwest of <br /> Lathrop. Other chicken houses will remain. <br /> The Community Development Department has reviewed this item and <br /> offers the following comments: <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval and <br /> ordinance requirements shall be fulfilled prior to the <br /> establishment of the use and the issuance of any building <br /> permits. <br /> This approval will expire 18 months from the date of approval <br /> unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have been complied with, <br /> (2 ) all necessary building permits have been secured and remain <br /> in force, and (3) all necessary permits from other agencies have <br /> been secured and remain in force. <br /> Those Conditions followed by a Section Number or other Statutory <br /> Requirement are based on Ordinance Requirements. Ordinance <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT: <br /> a.
